Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer at INGObeach Pride 2024 which will take place June 28-30 at The Cape Breton Highlands National Park in Ingonish Beach, NS.

No matter who you love or how you identify, community members from all sexes, gender identities, gender expressions and orientations are welcomed and celebrated.
Volunteers play such an important role and we wouldn’t be able to do this without YOU!!
We are looking for Volunteers for the following roles:
Front Gate / Tickets - Welcome folks to the main stage!! Includes scanning pre-purchased tickets, putting on bracelets and will-call.
Merch - Selling INGObeach merch as well as merch for the bands. Keeping the table nice and tidy along with being organized. Using a Square transaction system and counting and managing inventory.
Chill Zone - Hanging out in the chill zone and being a pal if needed. This is our Alcohol Free & Drama Free area where folks can take a minute or two and relax or decompress if needed.
Set Up & Tear Down - Help put the pieces of the puzzle together by getting the main stage area ready for the big show and then take it down!! This could be anything from helping with fencing, garbage bin placements, moving tables or signage placement. As for tearing things down, pretty simple, we will need some help packing it all up when it’s over and making sure the grounds are nice and tidy and free of garbage.
Green Team - Keeping the main stage area clean and free of debris during and after the performances. Replacing garbage bags when they are full and ensuring all garbage, compost and recycling is properly sorted. We love being green!!!
Hospitality / VIP- Helping in the hospitality tent, greeting artists and keeping the tent clean, tidy and topped up as requested. Greeting guests in VIP area ensuring and lending a hand where needed
Security - Checking ID’s, bags and water bottles. Providing a safe and fun environment at the main stage including the entrance, all exits, backstage, VIP and overall grounds for guests, staff and performers.
Bar - Set up and tear down of the bar for both nights including selling drinks, mixing cocktails, handling cash and using Square for card transactions. Great opportunity to make tips and have fun! *19+ (please indicate if you have Serve Right in your application in the “About” section.
Mainstage Saturday Afternoon - Lending a helping hand on the mainstage area this could be tidying up the grounds for the evening, greeting and welcoming guests.
Accessibility - Helping folks with any accessibility needs either to and from the event and or around the venue.
